Robert Schormans, PEng

Over the past 35 years, Rob Schormans has held progressively senior leadership roles in Manufacturing, Operations and Supply Chain for Celestica and IBM. Before retiring in 2020, Rob was the Senior Vice President of Advanced Technology Services operations. In that role, Rob led a global network of 10 to 15 Celestica manufacturing sites around the world to deliver growth, operational excellence, quality, supply chain and continuous improvement initiatives to support customers and Celestica's operational performance. Prior to that role, Rob led Celestica’s European and North American operations. Rob serves on the Board of Directors for REMAP, a $42M technology accelerator focused on innovation and manufacturing excellence in Canada. Rob's key priorities today are supporting small-to-medium sized businesses attain successful business growth.
